Question: What one question can you answer best?

How does a business leader (President, CEO or Executive) build a self-sustaining, self-perpetuating, scalable organization on autopilot that does not require their involvement in the day-to-day minutiae of running it?

About Bhavesh Naik

Bhavesh is perhaps the most under-qualified person you can find to be in his current role. He has spent more time out in the field, in the trenches, working in the business world, doing the kind of work that his workshop participants do, than in a laboratory, a classroom or in academic pursuits.

By education, he is an Electrical Engineer (Bachelors in Science, graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1990) from New Jersey Institute of Technology. While logging well over 1000 hours in the classroom training and instructing students - from a few people to a few hundred at a time - Bhavesh has developed a unique, improvisational style of training that is entertaining yet invasive, inspiring yet stimulating, and interactive yet educational. In the hundreds of one-on-one coaching sessions he has conducted, Bhavesh has brought to bear his deep listening skills and non-judgmental, transparent presence to bring about an exhilarating, energizing, inside-out change.

Bhavesh’s life-passion is to study and experiment with cutting-edge ideas, concepts, and models in human effectiveness and their effects on business organizations, institutions and society at large. Through his work of over 20 years, Bhavesh has developed a human-focused framework for building a philosophical and cultural foundation under the success of a business organization.

Among the tools that he has developed are SustainEaseTM Business Health Check, which measures the long-term sustainability of a business organization, Team Performance Index, which measures a work-team’s sustainable performance and Professional Salesperson Index, which measures whether a sales professional is perceived as a professional problem solver or a pushy salesperson.

Bhavesh helps presidents, owners and CEO’s of successful professional and creative services build a philosophical foundation under the success of their business so that they can build a self-perpetuating, self-sustaining, scalable business on auto-pilot that does not require their involvement in the day-to-day minutiae of running their businesses.

When not conducting or recording coaching or training sessions with his clients, Bhavesh takes every chance he gets to visit the Great Falls Park close to his home in the Washington, DC area.
