A real estate investor since 1982, Don is now working with other business owners to find the perfect space for their operations, and helping investors achieve the level of returns they seek. As a lifelong business owner and accomplished sales professional, he excels at contract negotiations – a skill used to help get his clients the best deal possible - be it a building purchase or sale, a lease, or a sublet of space no longer required.

Don is a founding board member of BYO Musicians Network. BYO is a nonprofit comprised of business professionals that share a passion for making music, doing business, and giving back to the community. They perform around the Metroplex raising money for several area charities. He also hosts a monthly Scotch & Cigars Gathering for local business owners.
