Mal Bass is a highly capable executive with many years at the general management and CEO level in turnaround and growth situations including considerable global business experience. He has extensive expertise in the creation and implementation of winning strategies, full P&L responsibility, M&A, complex project management, skillful financial analysis and the conversion of same into successful action plans, negotiating in general, negotiating with labor unions (for example, UAW), analytical thinking and problem-solving, team building, and teaching. His global experience includes deep relationships with persons of influence in China, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Taiwan, and Germany.
After owning and turning around several companies Mal created a highly regarded national peer advisory group for leaders of small-medium sized companies and effectively was the key advisor for several hundred member companies during this period. This venture soon became a global organization as international business leaders in the US pursuing MBA degrees were asked to join US business leaders in the various chapters.

SCOTT PHARIS
Co-Founder
Scott has over 30 years of varied experience working in corporate America as part of a multi-billion dollar company. He’s had progressively more responsible roles in marketing, channel and sales management. He has extensive expertise in managing direct, distributor and agent sales teams, product management, directing channel networks both regionally and nationally and teaching classes on channel management in a corporate university setting. He has set and managed budgets exceeding $5 million, regularly worked to remove barriers to success for himself and his teams and enjoys rolling up his sleeves and helping to resolve customer problems. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and has worked on projects in China, India, Australia, The Netherlands, England and Canada.

He recently left the corporate world after being affected by downsizing brought on by a drastic COVID-related business slowdown. He is enjoying getting an opportunity to help others who have also been in corporate America realize their dream of owning their own business.
