Eleonore F. Pieper Ph.D., PMP, CPF

Eleonore Pieper is the owner of ProjectEcologyOnline.com, a company specializing in project management, facilitation and organizational change management. She has 25 years of experience as a practitioner, trainer and facilitator in the areas of project management, PMOiImplementation and organizational development.

During this time she has partnered with Fortune 500, Healthcare, IT, Finance, Telecommunication, Manufacturing and Transportation companies. She has leveraged her experience in delivering consulting services and training across the United States and Europe. Her ProjectEcologyOnline.com website provides resources for project managers, change managers and facilitators.

Twelve years ago she founded her own company and has successfully worked with clients such as Parkland Hospital in Dallas, the Texas Christian University Neeley School of Business, Capstar Property Management, Hudson Advisors, Lockheed Martin, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Freeman Company and 7-Eleven. She established a Program Management Office for Keste LLC in Plano and Andrews Distributing in Dallas and led three large IT change initiatives at Celanese and Ericsson affecting multiple departments and hundreds of employees. She also collaborated with the SMU Cox School of Business to deliver customized project management training and change management training as part of the school’s executive education program.

Prior to providing services through her own company she spent 12 years working for Perot Systems Corporation beginning her career as a project manager for the company’s operations in Germany. She transferred to the US in 1998 and joined the corporate training team delivering facilitation, project management, change management and leadership training to Perot Systems managers across the States and Europe.

Dr. Pieper holds a Ph.D. from the University of Muenster, Germany and is an International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She also held a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) accreditation with the PMI from 2009 - 2014.

She regularly teaches project management and people change management courses at the SMU Cox School of Business and volunteers with both the Fort Worth as well as the Dallas Chapters of PMI. She has supported the Professional Leadership Program for the University of North Texas in Denton as a mentor, board member and chair of the board for the past 14 years.
